In this article, Fr. Thomas Hopko discusses the Orthodox Christian understanding of homosexuality.
In nowadays, in our society we all see that homosexuals unfortunatelly receive tons of hatred and prejudice. By saying “you are a sinner, you’ll go to hell, etc etc etc”, we really not helping (By the way, who am I to say who will go to hell and who not??). As Orthodox Christians, we have to hug these people as true brothers and sisters in Christ, to take them from hand, and lead them to the Church, the only hospital for the souls of all of us.
